The past. To gauge its affect, therapy sometimes spends much time delving and dwelling on it. Here at Life Should Be Beautiful, we consider the past — but, to find solutions, we focus strongly on the here and now and use a cognitive behavioral (CBT) approach. It’s to do with that knack we spoke about.

We have over a decade of experience in counselling within the NHS and use a wide repertoire of therapeutic interventions that include a fundamental humanistic approach.  We specialise in mental health, emotional, stress and confidence issues.

Although we love working with you, we don't want you in counselling/talking therapy for a long period of time.  Life is precious.  Our goal is to empower you with the skills to live a fulfilled and meaningful life, so that you can move on and start to experience the world as you deserve to.

We work with you to address the issues that are holding you back and to get the results that will improve your quality of life.  We will challenge when appropriate, and both therapist and client will work collaboratively.  It isn't always easy - but in a safe and accepting enviornment, the alliance will bring about change.
