Who should attend our managers managing stress training course?

This course is for anyone who is is a position where they manage staff. Managers need insight into their own stress before they can effectively manage the stress of others. They will receive training on self stress management and also managing the stress of others and the legal implications that can come with it.

Stress in itself is not classed as a mental illness. However, if it isn't treated, it can lead on to mental health issues such as anxiety and depression.

This course will enable managers to be proactive with the well being of their staff and reduce the risk of absenteeism in the process.
